We know our mission. AEEI’s vision is to be a research corporation in environmental protection and new energy.
Why the Environmental & Energy Sector?
We know the potential of environmental protection and new energy industries. Since 2018, we have worked with a sports boat manufacturer in California for an M&A. We prepared a 40-page-slide proposal recommending the expansion into overseas markets. Our proposal concept is to install batteries on yachts so they can be propelled by the wind, gas, and battery power. We hired an overseas team to find the opportunity to develop an international yacht park. The project is still in planning phase.
We Have a Team
Our team members, Dr. Wenyi Yu and lawyer Scott D. Marchant, both have experience in commercial property renovation. They have worked together since 2015. Since 2018, the Company has been looking for the opportunity to renovate and develop independent commercial buildings in Manhattan. We negotiated with the owners of an 8-story building in West Chelsea by the Hudson River, aiming at developing an independent parking garage building with the introduction of new environmental protection and energy technology. We also signed an agreement with the owner of an independent hotel building in SOHO, Manhattan. Both buildings can be renovated as a commercial center and exhibition and conference hall for products and services of the environmental protection and new energy industries. To date, the City of New York has not such buildings. We are in the process of fundraising to close the deal.
We understand the power of financial resources in NYC. We are trying to combine the environmental energy industry and financial service. We have established the Department of Investment and have hired a graduate in Economics with advanced theories in the financial investments. He received financial mathematics training at NYU.
We are hard at work. From August 5, 2019 to April 1, 2021, AEEI sought out opportunities to grow the business. We negotiated with Ms. Li and her Hospital, Mr. Gao for potential partner, Mr. Peng for the expansion of our business overseas, and Ms. Xiao for an electronic plant. Unfortunately, international political and economic climate have affected the confidence of foreign investors and partners. Nevertheless, we will continue looking for an optimal business opportunity.
We know our business' social responsibility. We understand the importance of social responsibility in business. We appreciate and expect clean air and water. We will make efforts in working towards it.
We are aware of our weaknesses. It’s critical for a new business to earn the respect of its clients and stakeholders in its journey towards growth. We understand that this will require creative thoughts and sustainable works.
